Bought a '93 aero new. The '93 does not have a rt. front airbag, therefore has a good size glove box. You are right about the rear seats. At best they fold down about 45 degrees. It still carries a lot of stuff. Be careful about the turbo 9000. They appear to have factory problems such as bad head gaskets (mine blew at 34k), bad fr/rr transmission seals (34k), bad DI cassette (32k), several sensors (44k). A neighbor with an identical car has replaced clutch/brake cylinders(65k). Once these are fixed, the cars are tremendous. The '93 also comes with traction control standard. Good luck
