Hi! Recently had an emissions test on my '81 Saab 99 GL (stromberg carb) with the following results: CO 4.04% HC 166 CO2 12.52 O2 0.22 Had the mixture reset to 1.70% CO at 800rpm but it now hunts a little at idle, the best for a rock-solid idle was 2.80-3.00%at 800rpm. Car performs fine otherwise at 1.70% and doesn't pink. Its the B series motor, with only 58000 miles. Carb diaphragm is in good condition, timing is slightly retarded at 16deg. (should be 17) Should I leave it, or would it be better off at 3.00%? Chris
