By all means man replace that filter! It's supposed to be done every 50,000 miles! I wouldn't be surprised if it was so clogged up fuel was being forced out of the fittings. Be sure when you do it you get a NEW Saab filter and all new washers for all fittings. And if you've got cash to burn, it might not be a bad idea to replace the the pumps, too... They probably won't last to 200k and since you'll have it apart... -Justin
