Thanks for all the replies...I assumed a bad relay and called around. SAAB gets $75 for this relay, and you can't get an aftermarket version... I'm in the process of picking through local junkyards, where they charge between $3-5 for a relay. Haven't found one yet, but I managed to find a new door pull to replace my cracked one.
