It made them softer and more supple and made the seats less slippery. Since they probably hadn't been done in a while, two applications were applied. In a week or two I might apply it again on those areas that needed it the most. If your seats are badly cracked, probably nothing short of replacement can fix that but the leather conditioner should stop them from getting worse and make them feel better. StephenMcCrackennopsamcom
