Dude, Here is a mssg I recently posted about my fix for the same problem: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HI all, Thanks for all of your responses regarding my cold start problem--a frustrating problem indeed. My mechanic spent 11 hours troubleshooting the car and says he did a lot of stuff and that the problem was electrical (something about the fuel computer's injector pulse). He says he cleaned several connections and sautered some connections that appeared to be lose. Since he worked on the car, two problems are fixed so far. It hasn't been cold much in the two weeks since I got the car back, but it does appear that the cold start problem is fixed, as I have not had any problems starting. ALSO, I had a problem with my car's stumbling occassionally while going up hills. This problem also appears to be fixed. I will report back any further developments. By the way, I used to think my '87 9000T was a great car, but now that the stumbling problem appears fixed, I AM IN LOVE with my SAAB. Very, very smooth ride. love the saab. Aaron '87 9000T --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hope it helps...
