If you are sure your battery is good and charging system works then there must be leak current somewhere. I suggest you use ordinary electronic multimeter (DMM) to check the leaking current. Disconnect ground lead from battery and put the current meter between the cable and battery terminal. The current should be very low, maybe 1mA (=0,001A). But if it is like 100mA then you should be able to find where it goes by disconnecting fuses etc. I've had similar problem but it was faulty battery. Seppo Saab 99 -77 Saab 900 i16 -89
