This can be done by: 1. lifting the arm away from the windshield 2. Swiveling the blade so it forms a T at the top of the arm 3. Twist the blade so it puts a slight bend in the arm. 4. Repeat until the blade can flip from one side to the other easily. This will fix your problem...
