yeah, have SAAb sell you a rebuilt ubnit, and use yours as a trade in, you get the better pinion bering from SAAB, and it should be only around $1900, and it's done right! the first time, with no hassle exchange/core charge, and cost maybe around $200-$300 to put it in, if you have a saab tech do it, much less time if they are any good.
