Tom, The fact that you're looking for a right hand arm rest, then you're probably looking for auto. trans. Now, European cars (especially 4 cylinder) are not designed for a/t; they just provide this option for the american market. Euro car performance and character really change from manual to automatic; over 85% of cars sold in europe are manual.
