Go to the Tire Rack Web site http://www.tirerack.com/ It is a great site to reference several brands for quality, durability and price comparisons. I use is as a reference site since the cost/benefit of purchasing through the Internet just doesn't work out. While your local tire dealer may be more expensive, it works out about the same since you have to pay a bit of money for shipping. Expect to pay a fair amount for performance tires. Some folks will move to touring tires, but they usually are not up to specs for SAAB's speed performance ratings. I have a 1987 900 Turbo with Michelin MX4 all-season tires. I also have a 1980 900 Turbo with Dunlop D65 touring tires. Dunlop has excellent wear ratings and are generally a bit less expensive. The Tire Rack is a great site to educate yourself on the factors to consider when buying a tire. Have fun!
