Information only: After some research, and a phone call to SaabUSA. this is what I found. Saab USA does not have that information. They can tell if the car is a "problem child" and was bought back, or if the vin # is bad. Something about being on the "black list". You must go to the dealer that did the service to pull the service records. If you don't know where the service was performed,,, you are S-O-L.
