When I purchased my 98 900 my dealer told me the car was designed to run on regular (83 octane?) and that premium (93-95 octane) would provide no benefit and may even be harmful. I can't imagine this is true. Also, after the 5,000 checkup, when is the first major service required? At 10,000mi or 15,000mi? What does it entail and what does it cost.
