Agreed! I have two Saab dealers within 1/2hr of me and I would not revisit either of them. However in my recent spate of difficulties I found a new garage (independant) who are brilliant but about 2 hours drive. Their charges are very reasonable and what is better they love Saabs. My car cost me £2000 this time to fix but my annoyance with the car vanished as soon as I started to drive it. I strongly feel that post 1992 are not as well engineered as the older ones and have lost much of the individuality. However, they remain excellent cars and something a little different amongst the Beamers and the Japanese.
