First, when anyone messes with your tires (even if the dealer merely rotates them), ensure they hand-tighten them with a manual lug wrench or torque wrench _as you watch_. If they refuse to do so after tightening them with an air wrench, call for the shop manager immediately! Anti-seize compound will work well to help prevent the problem -- the same stuff used on spark plugs and O2 sensors. A hand-operated (uses standard sockets; whack it with a hammer) impact wrench can loosen nuts that even a breaker bar can't loosen. Cheap, versatile, and relatively portable, too. --------------------- John R.
