I live in Sweden and I have NEVER heard of this problem with the dash cracking on ANY Saab. And we do have a lot of them here in Sweden... ;-) The first car I drove was a -81 900, wich was my mothers, and I currently own a -87 900i. I'm no experts on Saab's, but as I'm quite interrested in cars generally, I think it's strange that I've nerver heard of the problem here in Sweden. Maybe a climate problem? Maybe some Swede can correct me if I'm wrong?
