the key moves in the lock but doesn't do anything. the trunk operator moves, but it doesn't meet any resistance. i can't get the trunk open to work on anything. i tried pushing down on the trunk but nothing happens. if you know of a way i can get the trunk open, i can probably take the mechanism apart and figure something out.
