Oh, I always tought that the Beamer engines above 2 litre were six cylinders. Indeed the M3 is an impressive machine but again not comparable to any series model of Saab. You should of course compare what one can compare. Indeed the brakes of a Porsche are great, my violin teacher drives them for 30 years now and I allways found them impressive. I like the Saab brakes too, I find them rather easy to control even when flooring the brake pedal. I just found my friend's BMW 325i M-sport braking like a lunatic.
