Subject: SRS light blinking



I just picked up my 900 from the shop today and the SRS light is
blinking.  It was in the shop to have a new alternator installed.  Just
prior to the alternator dying, the lights on the dashboard were doing
some strange things.  The ABS and SRS light came on, the SRS light
started blinking, when I used the turn signal all lights on the
dashboard would blink.  Is there something other than the altnerator
that could be causing this behavior?  Or is the flashing SRS slight an
indication of something else?
