Elan, I have been a loyal SAAB owner since 1987 and have owned two 900's. I was all set to purchase a '99 9-3. However, just after a 9-3 test drive, I went over to the BMW dealer and test drove a 323i...no COMPARISON !!!I purchased the BMW. Bottom line, I was not impressed with handling of the 9-3...it wasn't bad, just not great. I'll miss the storage in the SAAB and its uniqueness, but will ENJOY driving the BMW!!!
