Don't try to do anything with the switch. Just go to your dealer and get him to replace the switch with a modified one which doesn't activate until the button is BELOW the level of the frame. It's a warranty replacement, but Saab have instructed the dealers here in Australia not to replace the switch unless the customer complains.
