John, I had a 5 channel Alpine amp that outputs to Alpine separates in the front (I took out the 3 1/2 in the dash) and got a bazooka tube in the trunk (which sounds good since it is a hatchback) and left the rear speakers. The amp powers them all. It's a HUGE improvement. BTW has anyone been able to get an aftermarket cd changer? Juan.
