Old Scandinavian proverb: Three good reasons for buying a SAAB? Answer: November, December & January (meaning that SAABs are fantastic winter cars, that was before Volvo started to build 4WDs). Forget about the C70, it's not a winter car, it's a summer coupé (or cab). You could forget about the S80 as well, it's not ready yet. The S/V70 and 9-5 are both OK and good winter cars. Most people here see no need for 4WDs (we use winter tyres) but if you want a 4WD go for the Volvo, otherwise go for the SAAB. The 9-5 has a more modern design then the S/V70 and it's also considered as unusually reliable for being such a new design. Myself I have a SAAB 9000 CSE and I've tried the S/V70, S80 and 9-5 as well. Of all those cars I prefer the one I have. Why? Because I like the hatchback design and it has also the best road grip/feeling when driving fast. / Ulf Jim Brown skrev i meddelandet <376D4134.5BB7B03Dnopsamosystemsgroup.com>... >My wife is thinking about buying a C70 or an S80 (new).
