I just purchased a 88' Saab 900s, 16 valves, non turbo, 140K, the car got an head gasket oil leak, the oil drips on the side on the engine and burn, the smoke gets into the car which is annoying!!. A mechanic wants $500.00 to fix it, another mechanic is asking $750.00 Any suggestions, I've been told that this is a common problem with 88" Saabs and major job to fix.
