Hello Kin: My 4th and 5th Saabs, both 9000 CSE's have proven to be absolute nightmares. Saab gave me a small incentive to purchase the 2nd 9000 ('96) and like a fool, I didn't even test drive any other cars. These Saabs have been plagued with bad transmissions, climate control systems with nearly NO Control, wind noise, squeeks, rattles and THE CORPORATE BACKUP FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS REALLY A SCAM. They HID the knowledge that indeed transmission and ACC problems were inherent in cars, and from servce manager to the director of Customer Satisfaction, treated me like I was the defective one. I hope your experience turns out better. I really had hoped the 9-5 was going to prove to be better. I drove one, and most of the complaints I'd had with the 9000's seemed to be addressed.
