It takes up about three feet, so I was thinking about mounting the amps under the utility hatch and keeping the cd changer under the passenger seat. That way I could connect/ disconnect the box when I need to move some thing really big. When I ran the amp wire, I actually took the power off of the distribution block on top of the fender well. That should be just as good as taking it directly from the battery right? Rob
