The other way to look at it is to go to either http://www.kbb.com or http://www.nada.com and get the various blue book values. Then get a couple rough estimates (all respect to turbospg, but in moving from NW to NE USA there seem to be regional differences in parts/service prices, as well as sale value) and apply turbo's formulae. Of course, if you really like the car, you can also get ready for the "I wish I'da never sold...." mourning period too ;-).
