Dear one and all, My passenger door central locking motor has kicked the bucket, I have opened the plastic unit to reveal the motor has burned out. There is no damage to the unit itself. I cannot find a replacement motor from anywhere , Saab want to charge me £67+ VAT for the entire unit, and trying to find a Saab in a scrap yard is yet to be done. The most anoying thing is that the motor is the same type that i used to pull out of remote control cars when i was a child.
