We are constantely experiencing similar problems. The service shop is so bad that they encourage us to trade in our Saab 9000 for a new 9.3, just so they can make a sale....I am looking to get a new Saab, but refuse to get it from there! Unfortunately I don't know of any other dealer in the area.
