Simon, The 195/65 tires are definitely the wrong size. Two sizes of tires are normally found on classic 900's: 195/60-15 and 185/70-15. For snow tires, I'd go with the 70-series tires or narrower (like 165SR15), since wide tires don't work so well in the snow. For the summer tires, I'd go with the 60's, which will grip better in the dry. As far as the brands, don't know too much about the ones you listed. I can tell you I've had very good luck with Bridgestone Blizzaks, and Nokia NR10's.
