Whitney sellls replacement rubber boots that will fit all cars (their claim) for US$ 9.95 They also have a boot with a cut that can be glued together after installing for $14.95 That saves you the job of dismantling the entire drive (a job you could do yourself). A torn boot does not mean that the CV joint is bad you could keep using it for a long time, but dirt will get in and destroy the joint in time. -- MH ('77 96 '78 95 '79 96) http://members.tripod.com/mhilvers/index.htm Remove NOSPAM from E-mail address.
