Thanks for the help, I changed to synthetic and it appears to be
getting quieter the more miles I am putting on. I have used synthetic
in our other 8v 900 for 100,000miles with no problems, except the oil
leaks as mentioned by Eric. This is the first car I have had with
hydrualic lifters (tappets) though.
