A product called "Corrosion Block" is sold in America. It is in a blue and white can. It has an foam consistency that gets in and displaces water. I have had a phone fall in a pool and it still works a year later after this product. I am a ships engineer and carry a can in my car after using is a lot shipboard. If you got salt water rinse out the engine with a good quality, low solids water if possible first. If there is even the slightest chance water got in the intake manifold, pull the plugs and spins the motor to check that out. Don't spray into the spark plug holes as WD 40 and the like will remove oil. Good luck. Maybe you could get your car a SCUBA Tank and dive mask. TSG 9000 CS \
