Hi Mike: I installed mine a few weeks ago. You should have received along with the cargo net a D-ring with a short bracket to mount on the rear hatchback lid-bumper stud (you have to cut a slot in the carpet for the D-ring to pass through), and a D-ring with a longer bracket to mount between the rear seat and the speaker (for this you need to punch a small hole in the carpet for a rubber expansion nut). There should have been a sheet with a pictorial diagram included.
