     Either your gauge is reading wrong or it could be the pre pump that
supplies fuel to the main fuel pump.  Have you noticed that the noise
coming from the fuel tank has been louder lately, especially as the fuel
in the tank burns off.  Have you noticed any hesitation or cutting out
going around corners with less than a half tank?  Hope this helps.
