I went to open my hood tonight and I heard boing.....the cable is good, the wire is pulling at both points...but the passenger side latch won't let loose of the hood....and ideas how to spring it loose? PS...to show it was a full moon I suddenly needed to replace the head lamp bulb and figure out why my washer and wipers got stuck on....Any answers appreciated.. Lou
