Subject: Re: Driver's side mirror - euro model?

Larry, my understanding is that the convex mirror is available for the left hand rear mirror through SAAB. I also read a techserv bulletin regarding what they call the 'tall driver fix' for US models. All it really involves is pulling out the mirror motor assbly and putting washers under the 'inside' mounting areas, thus tilting the range of vision outwards. If you do get the convex mirror, the replacement is supposedly simply snapping the old out and the new in..... lmlidskynopsamanet.com wrote in message <37fcd641.7552869nopsam.ne.mediaone.net>... >It seems to me that the driver's side mirror on my wife's '97 900SE >has a limited view area.
