I had an '89 9000 without the feature and it was the pits to always stop the sunroof in the closed position as it moved from the vent to the open positions. I took to putting my hand out the window and feeling the roof so I would know when it was closed. It really makes me appreciate the automatic system. When I took delivery the dealer told me about the feature and didn't say anything about it being something they "program." I don't see why that would be the case. My guess is that it should do it and the dealer needs to either program it or fix it. Good luck! Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
