As far as I know, there are not much changes in the 9-5 SE 2000, the price (in europe) won't change. There will be one modification, the shock absorbers will change a little bit in setting (like in the 9-5 Aero) but I think (if you really need it) you will be able to change it in the '99 too. It makes the car a little more sportive. If it is a good price, don't hesitate!
