Mark I used to work on Saab. The factory tells the technicians to firstly clear the D.T.C (diagnostic trouble code) drive the vehicle, and see if the fault re-appears. Mostly it will not. Ask your dealer to note the fault (DTC) clear the fault and if it re-appears, for them to offer an explanation as to what is the cause. Then contact me again if you like.
