Subject: Help on idling problem with 99' 95

Hi! We have a 1 year old 1999 SAAB 9-5. Last month, the car started having trouble when idling (or stopped at lights/stop signs). Basically, the RPMs would start going up and down, every few seconds. Turning the AC off or shifting the car into neutral seemed to stop the problem. The local SAAB dealer said the onboard computer reported everything as fine. However, they noticed the problem and replaced the ignition cassette. The car was back to normal. Then last week, it started happening again. We brought it in this morning to get it checked again. They thought they might have to replace the cassette again. This seems a little unsettling. Has anyone experience something similar? How did it get repaired? Anyone care to hazard a guess about possible causes for this? Thanks!!
