A problem for the group... Recently, my '94 900S has begun to emit a substantial puff of oily exhaust about 3-5 seconds after ignition. It sends out a cloud for about 2 seconds and stops...and everything then runs clean after that. It usually happens only after the car has been sitting for half a day or more...but sometimes even after a few hours. I had it in for service yesterday...worried about the rings...but they checked it out and told me all is well. I got an oil change, the 55,000 safety check up and brought the car home. Well, it's still puffing away on ignition. I am convinced that we are not dealing with a serious problem in the making. Any ideas what it might be? Thanks. MMc
