Must be a trade-off for the standard kangaroo deflectors down there... ;-) I had to run a wire from the trunk to the fuse box in my '94 for the trailer hitch wiring (if you're going to put on a hitch, get it and the wiring kit while you have the car torn up!). It was a lot easier to pull up the carpeting and feed the wire than I thought it might be. Getting to the back of the radio might be a bit more difficult, though (I haven't tried that yet)... I'd buy the Saab mounting kit (I did for my '94). Otherwise, you have to figure a good way to keep the CD changer from moving around and getting slammed by other stuff in the trunk (or is it a boot there?). You might be able to make yourself a bracket, but I think the price of the kit is reasonable. ----------------- John Weiss Seattle, WA remove *nospam* from e-mail address for reply <gregory_kleverlaannopsameja.com> wrote in message news:81tnv3$aqa$1nopsam1.deja.com... > As Thanks for your help I did end up ringing a car audio specialist shop > who was much more helpful than the SAAB deal I rang.
