Subject: Saab 9000 Turbo - Mechanic in LA area



Hi,

I've just bought an '87 9000 Turbo, sight unseen, in LA so it will be
there waiting for me when I move to LA next month. Buying a car via
internet, without actually driving the car was a first for me. But it
was cheap ($1950), looked good in the pictures, runs well and is pretty
clean. It has 189,000 miles on it. So on to my questions:

I hope everything is fine, but just to be prepared for some potential
disasters, I was wondering how much it would cost in the LA area to fix:

New clutch ?
New brakes with rotors ?
New Turbo ? (!)

Anything else I should check immediately when I get the car?
