Well, the dealer should fix it for you. But there are two pieces on the Saab washer jet system that seem to fail often. The actual washer jet and a little valve under the hood. The valve looks like a disk with a washer hose going in the side and one going out the top. After the warranty is up just keep a spare of each. They are inexpensive and easy to replace. But yes, you should try clearing the jet with a pin first.
