I also have a 95 PASSAT GLX VR6 Wagon a great car (especially for gobbling long distance travel). But if it's hell outside (snow, sleet, etc..) the SAAB is the one. Now, since you're talking Quattro here if you live in snowbound country (e.g. midwest or Northeast) I think the choice has to be the Audi, if not I'd go with the 9-5. Either way you're getting a beautiful car. Good luck with your choice, -- Remove "NOSPAM" from address for direct e-mail ####### # #### # # # # # # # ## # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # ## # # #### # # # tygrrr2nopsamo.com wrote: > Okay, so Saab's are cool and distinctive cars (if a little bit > quirky ... but then again, quirkiness is one of the reasons they're so > distinctive), enough that I'm actually thinking about buying one. > > But I've got some nagging doubts about reliability, because it seems > like Saab's also have a reputation for having lots of little problems > and some not so little problems -- e.g., old Saab 900's are infamous > for electrical system problems. > > I'm curious what people's experiences have been with newer models.
