B You are on the right track. A heater fan stuck on the high speed is usually caused by a bad transister in the fan controller in your particular car. The earlier 9000`s with the ACC 1 used a resister instead of a transister. Click on this http://quasimotors.gar.net/transistor.htm for some instructions for replacing the bad transister .
