Subject: Re: 10W-30 better than 5W-30?

I would stick with the Mobil 1 10W-30. I recently tried the 5W-30 in a car which never needed any oil added between changes with Mobil 1 10W-30. I had to add 2 quarts in 6,000 miles. I switched back to the 10W-30 and hopefully the oil consumption will stop.
