Keith, i also have the same effect in my 9000 AERO. I think itīs normal, because years before a VW Golf VR6 also the windows fog up. I think itīs the condenser. When you used the ACC an then power off the car there will be condense much water, because there is a high difference in temperature. When you start the car, all the water will be evaporate. Now i drive a 99er 9-5 2.3 LPT Braek and iīve never seen the fog up. My tip on morning: Do not use the automatic. Push directly the defroster function on the ACC panel. After a while switch to the auto function on de ACC panel. I always set the ACC temperature from 20 to 23 degrees celsius. Michael germany
