Subject: coolant light

I have a 94 Saab 900S. About three months ago my coolant low light began to come on even though the level never changed. I don't overheat and everything seems to be running fine. A week ago I had the system flushed and the throttle inlet hose replaced. The mechanic said the sensor was bad, and thus I had to buy a new overfill tank (can't buy the sensor separately, so I was told). Everything was fine, for one day. The warning started back again. It only comes on after 30 minutes or so of driving or upon restart (after visiting a local shop for instance) The car has no other problems, but I find the warnings annoying as well as disconcerting. Are there others who have had this problem, Or does anyone have any suggestions to what would cause this?
